How to use
Set an intention (e.g. to clear your space of any stagnant or negative energy)
Light the sage and flowers (keep the string tied around the wand)
Wave the smoke around the space you want to purify.
Visualize the negative energy leaving with the smoke.
Smudge the burning end of the sage in a bowl when you are done.
